Q: When my order will be shipped?
Custom made products are shipped in 3-10 days after the purchase. 
General products are shipped in 3 business days after the purchase.
 
Q: Where from do you ship?
It depends from product type that you have ordered from our store. We have warehouses located in USA, Europe and Asia. 
 
Q: How do I return or exchange my product?
Please email [email protected] and let us know what the problem is. 
We will work with you to correct the issue. Please remember, you will not be able to return us back custom made products.

Q: I received shoes but they don't fit me, how can I change them to another size?
Yes, please email [email protected] and let us know your issue. We process a one-time free exchange, please note size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange.
 
Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order? 
We have a large assortment of products, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. Don't panic you order is on it's way to you.
 
Q: How can I track my order?
After your order will be processed and shipped you will receive shipping notification email with tracking number which can be used to track your order.
